cam id? Got my mystery engine apart. Marked on the back of cam are the following numbers. stamped appeares to be 461 syy and etched in it are bre-nw001 and ho 167-06 anyone know what this is or should i just plan on getting a new one so i know whats in there. Thanks Jeff
