Default Porting intake?? Worth it??

Ok so i'm looking at porting a stock intake on th runner side and try to get better flow from it.. Is it worth it or should just leave it be.. I've heard of people porting them to much and causing turbulanc from the intake being porter larger then the heads on the intake side..

I ported mine when I had it off. You can do it yourself and it doesn't cost anything..just match it to the gaskets and tr to be consistent on the blend. Worth paying money to have it done..probably not. Noticeable power gain...definitely not especially if the heads aren't matched. I did it for a future head upgrade, and believe that it may even hurt power without the heads matched. With that said I still couldn't resist and in my head it is "better".
