I'm in the middle of a header / off road Y install right now. So far I like what I see.
FWIW - I'd be done by now if it weren't for that damn dipstick tube.

The car is back together and moves under it's own power. It is also obnoxiously loud now with no cats and the LoudMouth exhaust. I'll do something to quiet it down this winter.
I'm pretty pleased with the header fitment.
Not so much with the off road Y pipe. It took some cutting / modifying to make it fit and even then it doesn't fit as well as I would like.
Buying the catted Y pipe would have been a waste of money. I doubt I could have made that version fit at all.
Who said my trouble was in the removal portion of the process?
I had to buy a new dipstick tube for reinstallation. Mangled the original. The new one almost fell right in when I got it lined up.
