I've had this issue for about 2 months...it occurred while I was doing some interior work and had loosened the dash a lil but didnt remove it. I really didnt do anything w/ any electrical connections besides disconnect my radio and hvac panel. It happened a lot more frequently right after I did this work but not it only comes on once every few weeks. My abs inop light stays solid and as you can see my brake light and low trac light blink while im moving and stay solid when I'm at a stop. Also I cannot figure out for the life of me why my hvac lights wont come on. I checked fuses and nothing is blown. Sorry for the crappy video

 

def have a loose connection in there somewhere.

 

It could be guage cluster itself and issues with solder connections loose. Don't know what to tell you except take the cluster out and check all the connections.
