Questions about header installation 1.) Is it mandatory I have 02 extensions on a 94 or can I split them and extend it manually?
2.) Majority of people here recommend the Felpro 1406, the local auto shop near me has 1411, 1405, 1426, 1400, 1412, 1407. I doubt they will be able to tell me the difference, is there a disadvantage or will those not fit?

no extensions are NOT mandatory. i did a buddies LTs and he forgot to get the extensions or something like that and i ended up just splicing them. i would rather splice them due to the simple fact that you can make it a little tighter or re-run the wires. hell my parents live up in Cecil County. and thats where all my parts are if its a LT1 i think i have a brand new set of gaskets if you wanted to spend the gas or cover the shipping charge ill give you mine. ummm or really any D port SBC gaskets will work. im not sure the difference in all the other gaskets ill do a little research on summit for ya.
