Low miss... Stumped Help!!!

Low miss... Stumped Help!!! Ok, from 1k-2k car is missing. Was back firing intermitantly through the intake(what it seems atleast) till about 3k a couple times. Floored it once, rpms jumped up but car didn't respond to it as much as it should have. New coil, wires, plugs, tps. It was fine for a couple weeks until now?
Sucks as this is my DD, and moving further away from work now and definitely can't afford this thing to be down that much longer.

Scanned. No codes. Seems to run fine, then intermitantly would miss. I've unplugged sensors on the tb and maf. The only one that didn't raise the idle was the iac plug. Wouldn't that mean the iac is non functional?
