Default LT1 auto owners your NA times w/ NA stall vs NA times w/ nitrous stall

I do plan on using nitrous but am curious how much my times will be effecting when I plan on racing only motor with a more nitrous specific stall.

So could you let me know when you switched to a more nitrous specific stall how much did it effect your times when you were just racing all motor compared to your all motor stall? Also could you let me know what kind of automatic and stalls you used? Thanks for any info.

The Yank SS3600 and SS4000 give you the best of both worlds from my experience.

I have went a best of 1.40 60ft on motor and first time testing on spray went a 1.36 spraying from 4500 rpm w/ 150 shot.

This is with using a FLT Level 4 4L60E.

I run an SS4000 in my fathers 01 Z/28 as well.

best of 1.52 NA
best of 1.43 N20 / 150 shot

also not that Circle D has some nice double duty converters out there as well

This is with using a FLT Level 3 4L60E.

both cars are on 275/60/15 ET Street Radials

This is something that I am curious about as well, I currently run a PY3400 which is a more nitrous/FI converter. I purchased mine used but it was at Yank getting a cut and clean when I got it. I spoke with Dave at Yank and he assured me that it would be just fine for NA applications and may provide a bit more streetability due to the relatively high STR and I can say that it is very tight converter but I am curious if I am losing any performance becasue of it.

We feel the PY is on the tight side, but if driven daily its a better converter then the SS.

I like my SS3600 for my LT1 and plan on spraying it in the future
