Default Rebuild Question

I'm getting ready to rebuild my LT1 using this kit http://www.jegs.com/i/Eagle/356/B13402L/10001/-1. Would I be able to run stock heads on it?

Thanks in advance.

yes

but if you're buying a complete rotating assembly why not go 3.75" stroke?

Stroker with stock heads?

OP, are you just doing a stock rebuild? Or do you plan on doing ported heads/cam work also? If you plan on a performance build upgrading to the 3.75" stroke is a good idea. If not, stay with the stock-ish cubes.

well you could always put heads on later, I was just saying while you're in there why not for the same price. I don't believe a 3.75" vs 3.48" will make any less power with stock heads, just be "less efficient"

I do plan on putting some goods heads on later around next fall.
