Tips for taking off header bolts?
I have a 94 TA with a LT1.
I'm on the last 2 bolts on the passenger side, the first and last bolts.
I took the alternator off and still cannot get to the first one.
Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

Just took mine off. i think i used a 9/16" short socket with 1/4" drive and a long extension for the front one. Just try different combos of sockets/extensions/wrenches until you find something that works. The farthest back bolt can be reached from under the car, i think. I had to twist my arm into positions i didn't think i was capable of doing to make it work, so good luck!

offset box wrenches (the ones shaped liek the letter "C") helpded me a lot especially with the back bolts. can buy a cheap set from harbor freight and grind down the outside for more clearance

Everything that was said above, and....
DO NOT FORCE a frozen bolt. It will either snap or strip out the threads in the aluminum. Use a torch to heat the the head...not too much, just enough to help.
Go slow...when you complete a manifold/header removal and install...you've graduated to the big leagues. It's one of the hardest things to do on our cars. That's why most of us do everything while we're in there (plugs, wires, etc.) I've done it twice now, and will NOT do it again. The next time, the next owner can do it...or I'm going to drop the engine out the bottom. It took me well over 30 hours to put my mid-length headers on, as I had to custom fab parts to make them work (i.e. dipstick tube, move and lengthen steering shaft, reroute brake lines, OTVC wires, etc.)
It's abig job my friend...but it;s worth it in the end.
