forged 355??

hey guys im looking to do a total forged 355 rebuild kit for my 97z i was wondering if anyone knew where the best place for me to get one is?

The stock crank is well known to be very strong. I would just get some good rods (stock rods are the weakest part in the bottom end) and good pistons. Then have the entire rotating assembly balanced, have the block worked .030 over, and splayed for some nice billet caps. Then just add some good bearings to the mix, and be done with it. That would be a very badass 355! The only way I would get a forged crank is if I were to be running a lot of boost or juice. And even then I would go with a 383 or 396. Just my .02. I spoke with them a while back about a crank for the new dart shp block due out late this year. They can build you an entire rotating assembly... rings and all. -Chris

yes i agree if your spending money on a forged crank you might as well go 383. Use the stock crank for a 355 build. There are guy's in the 10's na on the stocker.
