change in valve size?

if you were to change the intake valve on a lt1 head to 200 and keep the exaust the same at 150 what would it do?

Wont fit the stock seats and there is no proven data to suggest going past the 2.00 that does fit the stock seat is worthwhile.

of course you would have to do that but im just asking how would it perform. stock or proted. are the valves too much of a dif.
