How much horsepower? alright i have never had the chance to dyno my car but just a question is how much horse power do you guys think my cars has in the block and to the wheels
oh and a track time?
stock a4 trans
stock internals
ws6 suspension
on street tires 275/40s
pacesetter shorties, magnaflow 3in pipe, 3.73 gears, ram air cold air, hypertech
guy told me theres a shift kit in it also but dont know if its truth....but it does shift hard

Way under rated? They are pretty spot on if you ask me, I will say 270whp with a tune. All he has is shorties and an exhaust, ram air, and a hypercrap which is costing him power im sure.

The LS motors where often underrated in the fbodies to make the vettes look better. However, these LT cars are pretty spot on.
LT1 ws6's where rated at 305hp stock. With headers and a muffler you'd see some gains, but not 25hp or anything like that. I'd say with exhaust on a ws6 you'd see maybe 320 at the crank, and with about a 20% loss in the drive train (some claim more, some claim less) you'd be looking at about 260whp.
I'd say right around 255-265 would be a reasonable educated geuss.
300whp would be the quivalent to about 365hp at the crank. And full bolt ons won't really give you that.
