Clutch problems
If you did you might have gotten air into the system which is preventing the slave cylinder from pushing the release fork enough to disengage the clutch. Try bleeding the clutch again and see if that makes a difference (take the cap off the reservoir, unbolt the slave cylinder and hold it upright, push the rod up into the slave cylinder slowly many many times, and have someone let you know when no more bubbles are coming up out of the reservoir).
If this doesn't correct you problem, you've got the adjustable master. Extend the pushrod a bit to get a little more throw in the slave cylinder.
