Default Safe RPM's with various mods

I've been doing a lot of research on the LT1 but one thing I'm having trouble finding surprisingly is what the various safe RPMs/Shift Points are for these engines. Factory shift point is like 57-5800 right?

What is the safest RPM an LT1 can spin to stock?

What about with a built valvetrain like in a H/C setup, I think I read its about 6500?

What about with a built bottom end?

What are the limiting factors in the valvetrain and rotating assembaly that hold it back?

I know the opti can't go over 7000 (or is it the pcm that cant?) and I know that it's not the rpms but where the power band is, I was just wondering what it's safe to spin these motors too. I wouldn't want a cam that goes to 6500 if it can't reliably go above say 6000.

The PCM is limited to 7K, The rod bolts are the weak link when spinning the engine high, If you peak power is 6500 you would want to shift it between 6800 and 7000 to stay in your power band
