Are your heads milled, block decked, anything that could change the length?
If no then go with some 5/16" Trick Flow Specialties 7.200". You can find them on Summit for $87.

You will need to measure to verify the length because changing your heads, head gaskets etc. will throw the length off. I would buy the Comp Cams 7702-1 pushrod length checking tool then buy the correct length pushrod and would recommend the Trick Flow Specialties.

Anything that is 1 piece .080" wall chromoly is good. The name on it doesn't matter.

I agree, go with Trickflow pushrods. They are just as good as the Comps, but half the price.

There ya go. I've been running them in different lengths for a few years with my different setups and they have been great.

Have you checked your valve tip wear pattern to be sure its centered?

Yes of course.

I ran 7.200" length when all I did was swap in a cc503 with stock untouched heads.

When I did my heads/cam swap I measured a have been running 7.100" after milling heads, .026" gasket, new lifters.

A magic marker works great to check the valve tip wear pattern.

Trick Flow's are cheap, strong and one piece. Definitely want to trash the factory ones, once a ball breaks off there's no telling where it will end up.
