Very much so. Stops a good bit quicker and is much less prone to fade out.

I swapped my rears first and i noticed the front did not dive near as much
then on the following weekend i installed the fronts and then i was extremely appreciative of the new found stopping power.....bad part is i tested them sooo much i destroyed the factory crap rotors(warped them) now i will be stepping up a bit more for some high quality replacement componets.

I am in the process of replacing my front pads now. I have the napa safety stops (some type of Raybestos) and they squeal all the time and just dont feel as strong as they once did.

Suggestions?

Hawk ceramics if got the cash

If too pricey, a buddy has the "Pro-Stop Ceramics" and they were very nice, no squeals and good braking. I believe pepboys is the only place that has those.

You could if you wanted, its mainly aesthetic as they do not perform any better, probably worse.

No you do not, you'll bleed the brakes of course.

i thought the drilled rotors alloweed the rotors to cool faster after hard braking but i also heard they tend to crack drilled rotors look god also
