Having Trouble with my 95' Formula I have a stock 95' Formula and I'm having acceleration issues with it. The car sat for a year until I finally fixed it this July. It will run normally but sometimes when you accelerate, the car will hesitate and bog down. Only does it at times. It has an SES light and I've already replaced the MAF sensor and the TPS. I don't have a scanner that reads this particular car so I'm second guessing this thing. Any ideas that could guide me in the right direction?

Start with simple things like checking your fuel pressure and plugs/wires. If it sat then it's possible the wires are now cracked and causing a grounding issue.

I dont mean to high jack your thread Mromo77. My cousin has a 1995 formula also and We cant seem to find a damn scanner that will work on this car.. We bought the best scanner O'Reilly's sold. It still could not scan the 1995 formula..
Was it OBDII? You will have to get a OBDI scan tool for it to work.

I believe it has a OBD2 port. This scanner can scan obd1 and 2 systems. for some dumb reason it could not scan 1995 camaro/firebirds.. We cant find any damn scanner to scan this car..

like tdevil55 said you may have some bad gas or alot of moisture in the fuel lines.. try some seaform to dry up moisture and but a can in the crank and see if that works.. that at 8.99 x 2 = 17.98 lol maybe the cheapest fix you need to do oh yea then the oil change plugs and wires... you do the math now

I wrecked the car a year ago, i finally collected all the parts and finished it, never had a problem before until now. I would have already scanned it as step on obviously but since the car is an off year from true obd 2, mine won't pick up the car
