I just assembled my strange DA shocks yesterday. They assemble easy without a need for a spring compressor. I am curious about the rears, how are those?

Did you need a spring compressor to get the stock ones off? Also did yours come with any directions? I dont even know how to set the damn things lol!
As for the rears its a simple install and from what I hear these work really nice for the money.

Not that I am aware of unfortunately. Seems like if the car sits for awhile or if you run the car real low on gas the damn things like to overheat.

Same here, my car sits for weeks at a time.

From Racetronix's website:
"Keeping the pump constantly immersed in gas within the bucket can extend the pump's life by not allowing it to be exposed to open air. Open air within the tank contains moisture and in time will cause the pump to rust / seize up especially if left to sit for long periods of time without the tank topped-up (i.e. winter storage). "

I don't want fill my car up with gas and let it sit a few months throughout winter so I got old gas in it come spring. I also want to be able to run the tank low when I go to the track. Never had any issues with stock pumps on any my LT1's. F*** these Walbro/Racetronix pumps. Once I come upon a better alternative I'll rip it out and never look back.

mine only goes to the track, so it NEVER gets topped off
