Default 95 LT1 Firebird, Extremely low cold idle

Okay heres the scoop- stock bore and stroke LT1, has been gone through and freshened up (Rings and bearings etc.) hand ported heads, supposedly a custom ground "blower cam"? dont have specs so it will be coming out and replaced with a legit cam. 3.73's in the rear end flowmaster catback, K&N intake system and little bits here and there. NOW when I first start the thing cold it idles @ 500rpm! sounds all wrong. when it warms up the idle comes back to around 750-800 which is proper.

Im trying to figure out how to retrieve data from the DLC. Any Ideas will help!

Thats a negative. Will a factory tune cause the idle to start low and come up? I thought open loop instigated a high idle speed?
