Sounds like the same setup a few guys are running. That stock rear with 3.42s will last a LONG time. That tranny I cant say so much for. And that motor with the right amount of timing pulled out I wouldnt doubt it will last a long time too. Think about how much all you guys cars picked up on 150 shots then think about what a stock a4 z will run. It makes sense.

BUT not without a converter.

Stock intake will not do it at all, I picked up 5 mph switching to the k&n cai and it ran better but the stock restricts way to much.

DO U RUN RACEGAS SAY 100 OR BETTER???????

my friend is coming by tomorrow to show me how to post things on here. i dont record much on the street racing because the cops can use it as evidence. people have called the cops and reported the car. then when you get stopped they know now to look on cameras. it happened to someone i know. i got all the ones from the track though. i need new tires. the last race i just burnt up the whole eight mile. i want to get the 325 m/t's. then i can almost spray from home on the street.

a 26*10 slick will suffice just fine, there is no need to put a 325 on there and any racer should know that. Especially if ur trying to go for a record then you should know that adding more weight and tire mass will not make ur car faster at all.

You seem very confident in your ride! Not doughting you as I am a LT1 owner on spray myself. Mine reacts really well to the jug too. I would really like to see this car move on video.

i know he doesn't want a slick. for the same reason he doesn't have headers: its another factor to his advantage to negotiate a race. that said, i don't think a 325 tire is any less understated
