Default My new car!

Hi, my name is Matt and I have been on ls1tech for a while just trolling and doing some research, I have been looking off and on for a nice little project car and I found one just south of KC MO. Austin(355z28) and I went and picked it up today!

My new car is a 93 formula with an a4! The car does not run, I need to go through the motor and do a freshen up on it. I will be also adding some goodies along the way

The best part, I only spend $950 on it!

Planned mods in the near future are: Freshen up, cc306, stall, built 4l60e, cai, headers, true duals dumped in front of the axle, 94 pcm/harness, complete maf type injection system.

Anyways, here are the pics!

On the way home..

And the owner of the car who could stand to lose a few pounds

And for ***** and giggles my Aunts 77 'vette she is trying to sell

Looks like I need to fix up my trailer a little bit!

I'm looking forward to getting this thing going, the deal we got on the car, and the parts that are going on it was Just unreal.

Hopefully In a month or so we can hear this thing fire up!

Wow, nice find. I really like the looks of the LT1 Formulas.

Going off the Lazerfest shirt, I'm guessing you're from the Des Moines area? We need more fast LT1's on my side of the state...lol

Wow, that 93 looks like its in good condition for being that old. I'm impressed nice find.

Those wheels really make the car look nice. I'm thinking of getting some for my 97 Firebird

Thank you all! Its not in as good of condition as the pictures lead, they are blackberry pictures of course.. Its got a few things on the body that need attention but nothing too bad. Overall I am very happy with the purchase!

Yes I am actually from Newton, and 355z28(Austin) is from Grinnell. Dont worry, his LT1 car is pretty damn quick and this one will be too!

Wish I actually got my Trans Am for a deal! Nice to see more Iowa guy LT1's out here! Great price man! Build her up and enjoy her!

Austin's car is definitely moving out! 12.2 for unbalanced 355 & a hotcam... And here I am running 8.85-9.5's at Newton all day with terrible 78-79mph speeds

Need to get my stuff fixed. Sadly college and lack of job has diminished my mod funds
