Default New Optispark and still doesnt start.

My Grandfather needs some help with his LT1. It is a 1940 Ford with a 96 LT1 motor out of a Corvette. He let the car sit in one of those portable garages last winter and the car has not started since. I think condensation killed the Optispark so we bought a new Optispark and waterpump. It still will not start. It just turns over and doesn't fire. Any other ideas ? Maybe the ignition control Module ?

Double check all your grounds, the ICM is really sensitive to not having a good ground.
