Lunati makes a .427 diameter gear in composite. I used to have the part number but it is listed on their website and can be ordered through summit if you call them up with the part number you find from lunati.

What a find, this should be made a sticky for all us LT1 owners,...
the Lunati part number is 89032LUN and is listed as .427 inside diameter, made of "everwear"
