Question monoblade and idle issue

Has anyone got the monoblade to have a good idle? i did a search and came up with them for sale and wanted but not any tuning info.
My IAC counts will not stay in a workable area. they either 0 out or max out with only a 1/8th of a turn and waiting on it to settle down. the tps is at .65 to .69 and 0 %. I was wondering if the drill bit needed to pay a visit to the blade. Since when you turn the set screw you are opening that much surface area that the IAC can't counter it, in either direction.
See i am using a TH400 and when you put it in gear it likes to die unless the idle is around 1200 or so. So if i can get the IAC to function the way it should, it might help with that issue and i can drop the idle some. I hope.
Unless someone has figured out how to take a car that was a manual that went to a TH400 and make it know when it goes into gear. I am in over my head just a wee bit lol.

a monoblade? what mods do you have done? A monoblade is totally overkill for a nn built motor.

1st check your BLMS side to side, exhaust leaks and air leaks behind the maf freak the iac out.

My monoblade idles just fine at 1100 rpm. Also what is the target idle in the ecm set to?

I have the blade opened up a good bit, slot the tps and put it back in an acceptable range.

DO NOT DRILL THE THROTTLE PLATE.

i have the idle set at 1200 , just due to the th400 in gear issue. blms are good. i am now in open loop tuning due to the o2's seeing a false lean condition and making the injectors dump fuel to try and correct it in closed loop. from the maf to the tb is solid, no leaks there. what is a good voltage for the tps? i thought anything in the 60's was ok? i am working my way towards a sd tune but the idle issue is just getting on my last nerve. i am close now but you know how that goes.

Mine idles just fine at 775rpm. I did have to add a light spring to insure the seating of the throttle. It was not always 100%.

I slotted my TPS, and messed with the idle screw a bit as well..but the final "tweak" that did it, was a tune Rock solid at 900rpm.
