what can cause this

what can cause this the car feals like its cuting out when i take it to 4500rmp and up and if i let off when it does it the car just turns off and will only crank and crank i hear the pump priming ...i changed the coil ...the opti is only 3 weeks old... plugs and wires 7monthes old what can it be ...and some times ill just be driveing like at 30 or 40 and the car will just cut out and turn off and i try to crank it when the car is rolling and it wont start but i come to a stop and wait then it will turn on...???? NEED SOME HELP it feal like the car has a short but where do i start looking

no i dont have codes the light has come on but i have not got it scaned...i have not changed the icm but i was going to try out my friends and see if it makes a difference...and for fuel pressure i have not checked it but say it was low will it make the car do that jsut turn off and not want to turn on
