Default Update pics

Well here are a few pics on my build that has been making progress lately.

I finally put the engine in recently and I am slowly connecting everything.

I wound up r/r the suspension upper a arms with moog hardware. (bushings and ball joints) I also used eastwood rust encapsulator to get rid of the surface rust. I also installed the Strange double adjustable shocks. I have been going slow and making sure I dont leave anything out putting this build together.

quick question... what kinda hoist is that? what's it rated to?
I wanna lift my car off the same way but i've been told i'd need a really heavy duty hoist to lift the car like that.

also, where did you attach it to the car?

No need for an ultra heavy duty hoist. I got this one at Harbor Freight. I used a heavy duty tow strap and wrapped it around the radiator support several times.

It works out fairly well.
