Default fan problem

ok so my fans wont turn on unless i turn my heater or a/c on?? the fuse under the hood is fine? and only one fan turns on when my ac/heater are on ...so anyone had this problem before and know what it is?

Not enough info here to tell if you really have a problem. If you have an early 1994, only one fan is going to come on.

Read about the fan operation here and see if you still think you have a problem.

Maybe you have the same problem that alot of us have had..for some reason the PCM stops communicating the Fans to come on. Mine did it when I had my LT1 and alot of guys here have had the same problem.

it is a 94 not sure if its and early or not...if the car ***** there it will overhaet cuz the fan wont turn on but if i have the heater or a/c on then it stays nice and cold...

Early 94s have 2 fan relays. Late 94s and up have 3.

What do you call overheating? Not everyone's description is the same.
