This might just be the year to go and experience real RACING. If I can just get everything in order and on time I will sign up. I have 8 months to get the car ready..gotta do it!

As with last year BG is pretty relaxed on the tech for rentals. I ran in the 10's last year without one and would see no problem with that happening again this year. Maybe someone more local can confirm this?

If I can get my new engine tuned and a couple weekends to cut some shakedown passes I should be in. Anyone going to be around to help me change to my spare tenbolt when it breaks down there

You can have a bone stock car and not be too slow. I have to run my heap in Modified PA and I am still coming. I am just glad the location is relatively close to me this year so I can make it.

I will not be there with the LttX way too soon for that to be done!

Gotta get my hands on another LtX block so i can be there with a fresh motor and i will bring my silver car(daily driver)....Gotta get her repainted so you guys dont see the bigtime flaws in my car lol
new parts needed check list:
Fresh Lt1 355
Replace fuel lines
255lph pump
New N2O system
Mcleod clutch
8.8 rear end(almost done w/that)
Ls1 pcm conv.(almost complete)
VFN hood or SS
all marked on calender and the boss was notified,wont be seein me for a few days...

Seems like one of those "don't ask don't tell" type of situations. I doubt anyone is going to admit whether or not tech will be lenient when they are "officially" obligated to be following NHRA or IHRA rules. It'd be a real bummer for those to show up w/out a cage only to find out they can't run.

Butch you have to come your car would be very competitive right now just the way it sits with no other changes other than your rear end.
