Are you running the BBK TB as above? And if so did you make a filler yourself?

yup 58mm bbk. I made it myself, i used a small piece of brass cut to size and some precision belt sanding and drilling. Fit nice and snug and then i drilled a hole same size as factory through the unit. I cant remember the size, but it made a HUGE difference on how the car idled.

Without it the car idled where ever it wanted too. It would die coming off of throttle at stop lights, was really choppy etc.

This thread is great. But, if you own a batch fire LT1, ie 93, things dont always work that well. My BLMS have always been off at idle, from stock to 396, different heads, cams, exhaust and different headers, different manifolds. Sux, but plugs are fine, and heated O2's are fine.
