Problem pulley!

Exclamation Problem pulley!

So I Have a problem getting this crank pulley off, My motor is off the car and it is spinning when I try to unbolt the pulley, how can i stop this from spinning and do i need a pulley puller to get this off?
here is a pic so you can see what I am talking about...

The pulley is ready to come off.. You need a puller. That bolt in the center is for the crank hub.

You need a 3-toe puller.

if your pulling the hub off the crank shaft then you have to remember to press against the bolt to pull the hub off. be sure to back out the bolt first
