Ok so i had it on my old motor, and decided to leave it off on my new one. When i installed the radiator tonight, i have now idea what i should do with the 2 ports on the waterpump and the one on the driver side towards the bottom of the radiator. I also took out HVAC.

You can cap the ports off with rubber hose caps, Kinda a cheap way out, or you can remove the hose tubes and get the pump ports welded up. Im in the same boat a you right now and I'm gonna get them welded up. Should only cost $30 to get it done.
