My "other" camaro.... I know I know....... had to be done....... The LS3 and 6 speed transmission and black leather were just too much for my willpower.....

i've already blacked out the emblems and tinted the windows dark. Next I'm going to powdercoat the stock wheels flat black like the stripes....
I might also lower it 1" up front and 1.5 in the back.
If the economy or real estate comes around anytime soon I might put a procharger on it.

yeah they are tanks but this thing handles like it's on rails. And inside it rides like a cadillac... You don't get alot of road noise even with the massive 20's on there. The seats are unreal comfy and super firm and supportive.
It's like anything else with new cars. Ppl demand that even muscle cars be loaded with **** like navigation, bose stereos, wireless, etc..... So they will appeal to guys that aren't just into speed but into speed and comfort at the same time. The leftover negative is weight.
I didn't buy it to set any land speed records anyway. Even at 4000 lbs it's faster than my LT1 was stock at a much lower weight.

Yes it is a 2SS.... black leather, 6 speed, LS3 and I bought the RS package with the titanium colored 20's and the halo lights.
and yes it does defy odds and corners quite well. I slung it into a 25mph curve near my house at like 70 and it didn't even howl the tires.... i'm sure with some suspension work i could get it to corner even better.

Long as you dont go selling your LT1 I wont disown you. Nice I am liking them more and more I just wish you could stick a wider tire on the rear and they weighed like 3-400 pnds less.
If money wasn't an issue at all I would buy a complete body/chassis of a 2010 Camaro and build an outlaw drag radial car....
632 BBC with twin 88 turbochargers.... Minitubs, and a complete 4th gen driveline setup to replace the IRS and it'd be 4.70's in the 1/8th mile all day....
And I'd definitely do it in cyber grey metallic with black powdercoated bogarts. It's all built in my mind...

Damn! haha.. I'm still trying to go 8's in my 4th gen and you're talking about big blocks and 2010's... I need to hurry up and finish med school. This is bull

I will be able to retire for the first time in 3 years tho (at 37 years old I'll start getting an $1800/mo pension for the rest of my life)..... and I'll go right back to work making probably more than i make now....

I would share but at the moment everything is under wraps.. Probably going to keep it that way until the shootout. 
and yeah med field might be an alright idea, but for the first couple of years I'll just be paying off my loans, and from that point on, it's just hectic work. Maybe when I retire I can think about building a bad bitch car.. Retirement, heh.. I'm not even 25 and I'm thinking of retiring..
