Default pcm

Ok cool im about to go change out the accel coil and install the stocker one. With the MSD wire set its not sparking out the wires it just has the miss/poppin/cutting off problem. Would you happen to have a spare PCM for a 97 lt1 auto?? Just wanted to make sure my PCM for less tune wasnt jacked up or the reprogrammed pcm they sent me is bad.

Default computer tune

This is a stock pcm which was supposed to be 97ss a4 but my speedometer is off and my auto tranny wont shift . So i think its a 97ss m6 pcm all i did was manual shift it for the run just to compare stock tune.

Guys let me know what you think. Im running out of options here all the sensors have been replaced. Is it the tune or is it the opti. Pcm4less did the tune and added the power tune option. Let me know what you guys think

Default fp regulator

Guys when you unplugg the vac off the fuel pressure regulator, is the idle suppose to change?? I called pcmforless and talked to keith and he said it might be a mechanical issue not a tunning issue. Before I take it to a shop is there anything else i need to check? There is a shop here in humble that charges me $80-85 to tell me whats wrong with it. Is that about right?

Glowing headers can be caused by a bad intake leak, or the timing being off. I would check both.

what kind of tools do you have access to? can you watch timing with some sort of scanner....laptop & cables? no liability here but i've done it...check your intake runners and any suspected locations for vacuum leak with some brake clean, carb clean, or an unlit propane torch. your engine will increase in rpm if there is a leak.

Cats have been gutted out, there is no restrictions on the exhaust. Im gonna try to find a scanner. My budy has HP TUNERS. Can we look at the sensors, timing etc with that tunning program? I can find that thread about the cable for obdII and software to log in a laptop.
