Default Missfire Problem Help plz

I recently did a full rebuild on my 97 t/a. Every single sensor on the engine in new, jegs 8.5mm wire set, ngk iridium plugs, used acell coil, oil pressure, crank sensor, coolant , guage sensors, ignition module, gm opti swapped it with another one still has missfire. I turned off the lights tonight and looked under the hood and it looks like on the accel coil there is a arch inside of it on the side of the water pump. I quickly looked on the 1 and 3 wires by the spark plug it looks like its glowing on and off. There is an arch that streches like 2-3 inches, every 15-20 seconds on some of the wires. The pcm was tuned by PCM4LESS with power tuning car has cc503 full bolt ons with 2500 dacco stall shifts were set to 6200rpm. Has anybody had same problem? Headers are fully wrapped too. Any help will be appreciated.

Default wires

Im gonna start by replacing the wire set with some original acdelco wire set and new regular tr55 plugs.I cant go pass 4500 rpm because it breaks out/sputters real bad. I havent had a full clean pull since i installed the engine in the beggining of December/09. I havent felt the power of cc503 yet ..........Keep the suggestions coming? Should i try the autozone/oreillys/advance cheap wire set to test and see if that fixes the problem? ANy of you heard anything good about MALLORY IGNITION WIRES?

I've never had any problems from the Autozone Wires as funny as it sounds..I bought the set I currently have on my LS from them..work really good.

I'd send the current ones you have back.

Usually when you gap them you **** up the Iridium tip..I've done it and a friend of mine was like WTF you doin..you trashed them.. Ofcourse I was like :BS:

It ran, but it didn't run like it did with good plugs, so I swapped them and didn't mess with them, and now it runs great.

Maybe your Engine won't be as bitchy, mine was.

I'm running the stock spec LS3 Plugs from Orielly's..they are an AC Delco Iridium Plug. I'm goin to put them in my truck when I get back. If I still had my LT1 I would run them in that.

The wires may be part of your problem, but it also sounds like an issue I was having with my 93 before I sold it. Check your intake manifold. Sometimes the gasket for it will break down, or have leaks, and you will get too much air in, and that will cause some misfires. I sold my 93 to a bud and he is working that same issue. He took some starter fluid, I think that is what he used, and sprayed it around the intake manifold. If you have a leak, then you will hear the engine idle high, or smooth out. If no leak, then you will have no change. If you get the higher idle or smoother sound, then that may be your problem or part of the problem as well.

Default msd

Well i replaced my Faulty 3rd set of Jegs 8.5mm wire set with some MSD wires. There is still that miss/ popping out the exhaust and it starts missing/popping at around 4-5k rpm. It turned off on my wife on her way home from work. When i got there it turned on normal. Could my Borg warner ignition module from Advance Auto parts be going bad? look at the quality diference of both wire sets.

Take it and let them check it out, as long as they have the pig style connectors they can do it. Also what kind of coil are u running ?
