300rw=cai, full exhaust, 1.6rr
350rw all bolt ons, cam, large cam for auto's
400rw boltons, Heads, cam
450rw boltons, aftermarket heads or heavily ported, large cam, high rpm 355 or 383/396
500rw 383+ cubes, 210cc heads and larger, race cam, aftermarket intake mani, shaftmount rockers, complete fuel sys, etc.
is this what your looking for?

I am interested in hearing about the M6 recipe because be slomaro's account I have the recipe already for 450rwhp, but I know I dont have that...I would like to figure out why exactly and what I would need to do to accomplish it because I am not far off if at all.

^^It sounded to me like his recipe is for manual, but I just assumed because to me "cai, full exhaust, 1.6rr" doesn't seem likely to be 300rwhp for an auto. But I could be wrong, just going from my own experience.

Thanks! Hopefully things pick up around here because at this rate even if I finish in time for the shootout I won't be able to afford to get the car from FL to KY. Its quite a haul!
We'll see in time, I'm crossing my fingers. I'll probably just take a flight out there even if I can't bring the car

can't think of a N/A 500rwhp auto example I've seen or heard of?
I made 509 RWHP after some adjustments (initial #'s were in the low 490's).... This was through a TH400, 4000 stall ATI converter, denny's nitrous shaft, and a Moser 9" with 35 spline axles.... probably losing about 21% thru the drivetrain at least...
Going back to the OP yes a manual list and auto list would need to be made. Typically i've seen autos with same mods roughly dyno about 30RWHP less than the M6's... The TH400's are worse sapping about 50HP at the wheels between cars. I swapped to a TH400 and lost an immediate 50 RWHP.
N/A Recipe for: M6 only
300rwhp CAI, catback, 52mm TB, 160 therm, programmer
350rwhp above plus 1.6 RR's, shorty headers, y-pipe, no cats or high flow cat
400rwhp all above replace shorty with long tubes, bigger catback, 58mm TB, ported intake, ignition box/coil, aluminum driveshaft, Electric water pump, hydro roller cam, timing chain, Stage I or II heads (stock castings)... up compression to 11 or more to 1. .030 overbore will help (355ci) as well as 6" rods....
450rwhp all above only with stroker crank (383/396) good heads with upgraded valves (2.0/1.56) Stage II or III will easily do it. 4" catback, no cats....
500rwhp all above including more compression (12:1 for starters), larger than stock casting heads (AFR 210's+) solid roller cam, single plane manifold, elbow with 90mm TB or an accufab 4 barrel, increased ignition capacity (big coil). Possibly rear mount distributor (not 100% necessary but will help) shaft rockers.....
That's what I would expect. Hell the 500RWHP one I mentioned with a stick would probably go more like 540RWHP with all that ****. You'll pick up a lot by revving it to 7K plus with a solid roller cam and the single plane on there..... Won't lose valvetrain stability either with the shaft rockers on there.... No one single recipe will do it but this would get you in the ballpark...

**** i am just hoping for 300+rwhp with my setup in my sig...guess i am down playing what i ''hope'' to get and just say 300+rwhp would be great. Though wat u guys think the category i would fall into? Also, it woudl be full true duals as well which are coimng this spring.
oh, guess i ddidnt list i have 1-5/8 shorty headers, CAI, and msd wires. Heads are pretty much stock just redone with the correct components to accomendate the cam and RR's.
