Whats the best way to clean our engines? Being the Opti doesn't like water too well. I was thinking of using a spray bottle with water/degreaser mix and then wiping off with a rag then following with scrubing bubbles. Any other ideas?

I've washed my LT1 countless times. I spray the whole thing down with whitewall cleaner or Simple Green, then rinse off with a garden hose. Just make sure you don't directly hit the sensors, opti or alternator with high pressure water.

No need to soak down all the electrical stuff under there. Rag and a spray bottle is what i prefer personally. I dont feel like chasing electrical problems or having the possibility of one.
