ive got a set they are noisey but i like em. im gonna slap some new lifters in it though since im changing to vic jr. see if that quiets them down,

The ultra pro mags are said to be better than the old pro mags. Lighter at the valve and stronger as well. Have yet to see anyone use them.

I would have liked to use the Ultra-Mags, but they are considerablely more expensive than the pro mags

I just checked at Thunder Racing, this is what I saw (please correct me if I am wrong):
NSA, 7/16" studs, 1.6 ratio
ProMags - $291
Ultra-Mags - $304

For that difference in price, I would choose the Ultra hands down. I have the ProMags, but the Ultras were not out at the time.

I am getting the topend package from AI with my 200cc H/C/I. It will come with the new ultra promags. Have the 7/16 NSA promags now on my LE2's. Will do a side by comparison.

When I spoke to comp the other day,I was told they are going to replace the pro with the ultra.I will prob go with the ultra or high techs.I am running scorpian 1.6 sa right now with 987 springs and they hit the retainers.
