Alright guys now I'm getting really disgusted !!! I just got this email :

Because you filed a claim with UPS you should have sent both parts or neither one. If you were wanting to get it fixed on your end you should have told UPS that when you filed the claim. As a store I am responsible for the claim. So when I received it I had a shop to look at it. We have already spent the money to have it fixed so I will mail it back to you and if it is not to your satisfaction you can have an estimate done and sent to me and I will have it reviewed and determine at that time how we will move forward. If you have any questions please feel free to give me a call here at the store. I am in from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm CST Monday thru Friday, or you can call and speak to Justin, he is here at 8am Monday thru Friday, and one of us is here on Saturday from 10am to 3:30pm. I will send it via UPS ground on Monday and I will email you the tracking number so you will know when to expect it.

Basically they are calling me a lyre...I know for a fact I put on my claim that I wanted the check to get it fix myself and they are also saying I should have sent both heads...even though the ups claims rep told me to only send the damaged one. I don't know how they machined it without and specs on the damn head, how are they going to know its a 52cc chamber and you cant ground anymore off it. I'm such a nervous wreck now that all that money just went down the drain.

thats what ive been saying all along,UPS claims/customer service doesnt give a **** about there customers and there property,to them your just a tracking number and more $$$ in their pocket. they lost a $2500 package of mine and i went throught claims and they could care less. so now im out that money and have to rebuy all those parts to get my car running again.
