Default Oil, Oil, Everywhere And More!! L@@K!

So I am about to start my underbody cleaning now that the motor is out, no sense in putting a clean and freshly painted and rebuilt motor back into a dirty car So here is the before, Stay tuned for the after, Its a mess down there! (this explains my garages somewhat) ---->

Look for the after pics!
Also good news! I got my PaceSetter Headers! They were at my front door 2 days after I ordered them! (I chose to go with the egr hookup), good quality and good welds, I'm probably going to wrap them before i put them on!----->

And I also got all of my valve springs off! check out how my build is coming along!!! ------>

And cleaned and decal-ed my hood! What do you think?! ----->

Wrapping mild steel headers in header wrap is a terrible idea. Have them Jet-Hot or ceramic coated.

^ true story

or just leave them as-is if you don't want to spend the money. You're better off leaving them alone than wrapping them

Thanks for the warning! would it make sense to buy a cold air intake and mount tubes where alot of people mount there fog lights? at this point I am trying to squeeze every little bit of power out of the motor before I take it to get tuned!

IMO, just pick up a normal CAI like everyone else. Clean, simple, effective.

*Update!!!* Look What I found Under All that OIL!!! ---> what is this setup?!?!

And Here's an update On the Oil Problem... I Figured since I Had about a 1/4 inch of oil and grime left over from my idea of a "free oil Change" I figured I would use something that could cut through grease like that, my conclusion a heavy duty degreaser... well it ended up being a little more heavy duty than I expected take a look it stripped the paint! What do i do now? Hit the under body with a coat of clear coat? look ---->
after..... ----->
One side Vs. The Other.... -->
More coming.....

I was about to say with all that oil everywhere, you wouldn't have to worry about rust. But keep up the good work, it looks a lot better.....clean!!
