How much compression would I want for 91 octane? 92 octane?

alot of things affect highest compression you can use with XX octane with no knocks (very little) or detonation:
ambient temperature, temperature of coolant, quish of head gasket, Timing on the car etc

Static compression doesn't dictate what octane fuel you run - it's the dynamic compression that's more important. Check this article:
