the only time i watch that show is when i talks about tech stuff, he has given some good tech tips, besides that he's just does what a bussines man has to do and any way if E3 is a sponser he has to talk about that although he does not believe any of that ****.

But the biggest of them all was the electric supercharger over here every honda and toyota had it. Those people who made that **** sure made allot of money.

We now return to your regularly scheduled old thread revival.
FYI - According to Marlin Davis (at Hot Rod) in a tech article RE: Top Fuel Dragster engines (about 8 issues ago or so), the above statement was true (i.e. - past tense) but now, like all things engine-related, advances have been made to the degree that electrode erosion no longer completely eliminates the side electrode in 660 ft; Hense the increase in (estimated) HP from 5k to as high as 8k.

Additionally, I recall (a number of years ago - 80 something) I actually saw one team's engine that was using THREE plugs per cylinder - but my father told me that NHRA changed the rulebook and made two plugs per cylinder the maximum after that team dominated the field for that single year.

I run AFR's as well and this is the plug I ended up going with and she runs great:

FYI - I did a ton of research before I got these and also spoke with AFR.

NGK - 2382
