Default Engine out the bottom

I am dropping the engine and Im stuck on where to attach the hoist to the car. I have been using this page for a reference but where he shows it chained to the frame horns I have some plastic canister of some sort on the passenger side and I can't tell what it is. Is this some emissions equip that is on the later LT1's how do I get it out or is there somewhere else I can attach the straps?

The plastic canister is a vacuum tank for the HVAC system (vent function).

I just use the shock mount bolts. Put a big washer over the head so the chain cant pull through. run the chain from one strut tower to the other and lift away.

is the box looking thing on the driverside under the frame horn part of the EVAP canister? Can I just get rid of this all together and run a vent line off of my tank? I am building this car for road racing. Keep in mind I don't have any emissions regulations in SC. I have already deleted EGR and AIR.

On the driver side? Thought that was the cruise modual but I could be wrong. My vac canister is on the passenger side, I think either way if you are road racing it then get rid of it.

The box thing on the driver side frame rail is the cruise control module. A few bolts and it pops right out.
