Default 2000 ss rear hatch on a 93 z

I have a friend who just bought a rear hatch complete with spoiler from a 2000 ss. He wants to put it on his 93 z28. His original hatch is in rough shape. Would the 2000 hatch fit on a 93? Thanks for your help

It will work. The only thing to look into is if he has the Rear Defrost.

yes, all 93-02 camaros (and firebirds) had interchangable hatches and spoilers...

The same yes, but if I remember correctly the led light won't work without a resistor or something.
