I ran a 13.3 at 75/80 dragway with the stock: Camshaft, Valve Springs, Manifold, Throttle body (no bypass), old motor, trans, and torque rod bushings/mounts, stock headers, magnaflow Hi-flow Cat, SLP Loud mouth, b&m short shifter, skip shift delete, 160 thermo, fan switch, and hotchkis rear suspension package... I hope to at least run a low 12 with a new Cam, Roller Rockers, Springs, Long tubes, off road Y and some 4.10's!! Now I'm getting a little errie, also I ran a 13.02 on a mustang dynometer (I can't really spin tires, although it tried, it made a vibrating noise... lol)

Sounds like you are one of the guys that know how to make a car run and work then. In that case probably at least a 12.70 or quicker

Please, no.

While everyone seems to advocate spot welding the screen, I have never had one come loose.

brazz it or have it brazzed. set it up with the pan and then mark it and take it to someone and get it brazzed.

I have read of it, too. Just saying it has never happened to me. I always use a new screen and it is on there so tight, I don't see how it could ever come off. Stock ones aren't brazed on.

ive seen stock from the factory pickups fall off, and ive seen brand new ones fall off, and ive seen people reuse the stock one and it fell off. ive also seen people reuse them and have them last for 100k miles longer. i guess its luck of the draw. lol

If you can't do it, take it to someone who can.
