Default Uh Oh .. This is not good.. Help Plz..

Ok so went for a few practice runs out in the middle or nowhere.. Car ran great but on the last run at about 90mph or so i noticed the oil pressure was just below 40 and it was a little bouncy from what i noticed.. top of 3rd felt car not pulling anymore so i let off.. and now when i was driving around gave car about 1/4 throttle and it was sputtering and hesitating bad.. but if i barely give it gas it will cruise.. idk what went wrong.. anyone have any ideas?!? and I hear an exhaust leak on right manifold.. will that have caused anything or contribute to this cause??

Could be a bent valve possibly or even the lifter as said above. I'd pull the covers and have a look.

ok i'll pull covers tomorrow.. didn't get a chance today.. but i changed plugs.. all were ok.. wires looked good.. and noticed while driving that under 2k rpms it was real bad and above that it would pick up with slight hesitation... car starts fine so i know its nothing too too badd.. and it it was lifter or valve.. would i hear something from the engine while running??

Did you replace the valve springs too? If so, what springs did you use?

First off the oil pressure in that video looks fine to me.

Second it sounds like its misfiring at 0:22 , did you get all the plug wires in the right order after you changed plug wires? Or maybe you didn't push one of the plug all the way in?

Oil pressure looks better cause I changed it today.. I don't think it had sufficient oil last time it was changed.. and i'll double check all wires and plugs to make sure everything is connected right and not burnt..

Pull off the damn valve covers and check out what's going on in there, and quit running the car until you do

You broke or bent something, either a pushrod, valve spring, retainer, etc.

You put 1.6 rockers on stock springs - bad idea. Pull off the valve covers and observe damage.

ok so pulled the valve covers off today.. rockers all seemed fine and moving when i bump'd over the motor. so no bent valves.. here the pics.. these were before i turned over motor so one on driver side is open on exhaust and two on passenger side.. scared me when i first pulled off covers..

did a spark test on only driver side.. didn't have much time but #5 cylinder was not sparking all the time.. instead of "tick tick tick tick tick" it was more like "tick tick .. .. tick .. tick tick .. .. tick .." and i just changed plugs so could it be wires or as far as cap and rotor again??
