Vortec Elbow problem
Vortec Elbow problem So anyone running the vortec elbow with a cai? I was comparing to the stock elbow today and noticed they are the exact same size which is the problem. On the stock elbow the MAF slips inside it, as the vortec has a rubber piece that slides over the elbow and the maf which moves the Maf like half inch towards the drivers side. I know that doesn't sound like much, but its enough now where my lingenfelter cai wont fit properly. I think im gonna have to cut a half inch off the elbow to make it work out. It's not a big deal but doesn't really make sense to me.
