Shaft Rockers Question
IMO, it depends how much spring pressure you are running. if you have a hydraulic roller camshaft and some 918 beehives or patriot golds or simiar, switch to 7/16 rocker studs and 7k wont be a problem. if you are running a s/r with some big *** springs ( it will create alot more flex in your valvetrain and one may consider shaft mounts.

If this is in regard to your current setup I don't think it's necessary to go to shaft mounts unless turning far past 7000rpm. I'm running a mild SR turning 7200rpm on stud mounts.

fwiw there was a guy on yellow bullet running upwards of 850lbs open with stud mount rockers! I would agree here that they're probably not necessary until you get near 8k rpm, main benefit i see below that is easier to lash, and less lash movement if street driven.
