14v off A2 pinout (PCM ground)...is the computer shot? I can't get my fuel pump to turn on when i cycle the key and I just tested my DLC port and i'm getting 14v off my Blk/wht wire, which is supposed to be a ground. So i went directly to my computer and found that wire (A2-pcm ground) and i'm getting 14v there too...does this mean my computer is blown? and might explain why my fuel pump isn't coming on?

I've been doing a OBD1 swap on my 93 Camaro and i've been playing around with the harness and pcm a lot, but i don't think i've grounded any hot wires or anything....I'm getting 14v off my A30 (serial data) wire still...or is this the wrong voltage too?
