The first link...those are the same springs that came in the popular 10308 kit. I ran them with a .576" lift cam for 5 years without a problem. Pretty sure they handle up around .600", depending on your installed height. Very good dual spring, but a real pain in the *** when it comes to compressing them for installation with a typical overhead valve spring compressor. I'd say if you can get them, get them. Crane springs are becoming harder and harder to find nowadays.

No clue on the second link springs though.

thanks, so a cc305 should be alright to go in? it wont be a daily driver, but probably cruised around a few times a week... as for retainers and locks will these crane items work also?

I ran the 10308 springs on a comp cam with .57 lift for two years as a daily driver with no issues at all, shifting at 6300 rpms.

They are good to .6 and are more then enough for a cc305 .

I run them on a 306, daily driven. They will be more than enough for the 305.
