Door stuck locked!?

Door stuck locked!? my passenger door on my 95 z28 is always locked! the only way i can open the door is to hold down the unlock button on the door. So when people r in my car they think im locking them out and they cant get out unless i hold down the button lol. Anyone have this problem and what needs to be fixed?

Sounds like pulling on the handle might be causing it to lock back. That would explain why when you hold it it keeps it unlocked. 
something similar happens on a buddys camry, no clue how to fix it.
just be glad your window motor isn't going out

the linkage and everything looks fine. i cant even open the door from the outside with the key. i cant even pull the little lever thats right under the handle inside to open it. so the only way to open that door is when i hold done the button and have to pull the handle at the same time. no other way 
i dont understand. it use to work then one day it stoped
